Why Karen's Clean Kitchen?

Hi! I am Karen, a health coach that loves good REAL food and that enjoys sharing my finding with others. 


I have found that by being mindful of your diet, you are able to take control of so many aspects of your health. I also think that good meals can also be done in such a way, that they become simple to cater to our individual crazy schedules. 


I have always been interested in healthy food and was always working on my own healthy creations. Sometimes my kids loved them and other times they were just not able to appreciate good healthy food.
